Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our hours are 8:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Q: What do I need to do if I need to reach a physician after regular business hours?
A: Please contact the Medical Exchange at (512) 458-1121 and they will contact the physician on call for Austin Bone and Joint.

Q: What if I have a question after surgery?
A: If the patient has a question during regular business hours a medical professional will take a message for the physician. The appropriate person will respond the same day. If the patient has a question after regular business hours call the Medical Exchange (512) 458-1121.

Q: What should I do about medication refills?
A: Contact your pharmacy regarding refilling a prescription. They will notify the physician of your request. A member of the medical team will notify the patient of the status of the request.
